Project support consists of expert reviewing, scientific-methodological, organizational-legal and data-processing complex of operations, which are necessary for quality and work safety assurance in design, construction, process of exploration, and also in further safety operation of the installation.
All activities are performed both in specific part of a project and during managing of a whole project.
Complex of the services for a project support includes:
— design and risk analysis;
— provision of expert and consulting services;
— construction oversight and technical supervision on behalf of a customer;
— provision of certification and declaration services;
— industrial safety services;
— fire safety services;
— adaptation of design documentation;
— development of technical documentation;
— preparation of the enterprises and organizations for licensable operations;
— organization of training activities for the personal of various Russian and foreign companies.
Within the organization independent mandatory certification body of products and voluntary certification body of product, services and processes, inspection body, and also departments dealing with technical supervision and construction oversight, industrial safety expertise have been established. Their operation can be carried out within above range of project support services, as well as within individual service for the customers.
