Marine oil-loading complex "Marine transshipping complex Y. Korchagin"

Participation in the projects for the developing marine oil-and-gas field “Y. Korchagin” in the northern part of Caspian Sea.

Within the work with "Palmali" Ltd. on the project supporting for the developing the oil-and-gas field “Y. Korchagin” in the northern part of Caspian Sea the following services have been provided:

• carrying out the industrial safety expertise of technical devices;
• development of technical passports for MTC technical devices;
• conduction of checking strength calculations for MTC technical devices;
• development of operation manuals for MTC technical devices.

As a result of work on the project NBE Ltd prepared the set of documents, which were submitted to Rostekhnadzor. "Palmali" Ltd. obtained the license for the operation of the explosion and fire hazardous facility MTC Y. Korchagin (specially designed tank bunkering vessel for the intermediate storage of crude oil at the point in the northern part of Caspian Sea and connected to the fixed marine single-point berth).

The developed set of documents included also the report of the industrial safety expertise of documents that addressing the operation of hazardous industrial facility "site of marine transshipping complex".
