Project for construction of subsea pipelines by "Bumi Armada Caspian" Ltd.

Participation in projects for developing of marine oil-and-gas field “V. Filanovsky” in the northern part of Caspian Sea.

NBE supported this construction project by "Bumi Armada Caspian" Ltd. of subsea gathering pipelines at the field “V. Filanovsky” in 2012-2014, which was difficult period for the company due to the beginning of subsea pipelines construction on the Caspian Sea. In addition to the usual work for the project supporting NBE sent according to the contract two construction oversight engineers to the board of pipe laying vessel Armada Installer in order to maintain executive documentation. During the contract validity period the following documents were issued and approved in Rostekhnadzor:

• report of the industrial safety expertise for technical devices installed in subsea gathering pipelines of the field “V. Filanovsky”;
• complex report of the fulfillment of the norms and requirements established in the field of town-planning activities and industrial safety during the construction of subsea gathering pipelines at the field “V. Filanovsky”;
•  the program and methods of acceptance testing was developed and approved in Rostekhnadzor.
